Porsche 911 2.4 S Viper Green 1972

Here is the grail of the sport version of classic 911, the 2.4 S “Oil Klappe”. This one dominated the 911 range in 1972, during the two years of production it has been manufactured 3160 units. 190 horsepower, wider body to fit higher performance tires, harder suspensions for a sharped behavior, ventilated brake discs, four aluminum forged Fuchs rims and the renowned Oil Klappe on the right rear, this 911 was for the purists oh the time, as easy on Sunday rides as on the race tracks. To obtains such potential, the engine has been enlarged to 2341cc, the connecting rods are in forged aluminum, the diameter of the valves has been increased and the mechanical injection comes from Bosch, enough to beat the 100 km/h in 7 seconds and reach 230 km/h top speed, and that was only in 1972. Inevitably this iconic model in one of the most wanted by collectors, genuine sensation maker and sports car memory.
